Dono's Story

Dono Williams is a Family Man, a Military Veteran and a Crane Operator. He is a man that cares about the people around him. That's why Dono started a crane business that would support his family, while simultaneously helping Military Veterans become NCCCO Certified to run cranes.  Dono also wanted a business that would help build inner city communities, by helping individuals become certified crane callers and certified riggers.  Making a dream a reality is no easy task, sometimes Fate plays a part.

On a Jamaican cruise, Dono met Matt Day, CEO of Glazier Nation.  Glazier Nation owned companies like Glaziers on Demand and was in constant need of Crane Operators to help set Unitized Curtain Wall and Modular Wall.  Both men seen a obvious opportunity, within a few short months Dono Williams had Crane Operators, Riggers, Crane Callers and other Heavy Equipment Operators on one of Glaziers on Demand's biggest projects...THE WALMART HOME OFFICE.

Dono's business skills, talented workforce and ethics gave birth to Crane Operators on Demand...in which he is a 70% Military Veteran & Minority Owner.   Dono personally works hand in hand with clients from start to finish to meet all their needs and he also vets every single operator himself.
